The Edge
The knife has a 7” (178mm) blade forged from lumber mill saw blade carbon steel, a 5/15” (8mm) spine, moose antler scales held with threaded stainless steel pins, peened. An 8mm thick head saw tooth is welded to the end of the tang for hammering, prying, digging, smashing and breaking. The finger guard is a piece of feller buncher chainsaw bar welded to the tang and soldered with copper. A short lanyard is provided with a copper lined lanyard hole. A second lanyard grows from the back of the sheath and loops over the butt of the knife securing it in its sheath. A leg tie tab is provided. The sheath is double saddle stitched by hand.

Custom made survival knife. 6 1/2” blade hand forged from head saw steel, 1/4” thick spine with melted copper, steel finger guard, brass, moose antler, leather and one of the 5’ saw blade’s toothes welded to the tang’s butt for hammering, breaking, prying and smashing.
